Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading the preparation of key project documentation and procedures, including the project execution plan, quality plan, and risk management plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Coordination: Coordinate and lead the preparation of key project documentation and procedures, including the project execution plan, quality plan, and risk management plan.
- Technical Leadership: Lead and participate in technical exchanges with contractors, project technical teams, and other projects.
- Cost and Schedule Management: Follow up on cost and schedule to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Procurement Support: Support and follow up on the preparation of procurement services activities.
- Contract Management: Support and follow up on the preparation of all construction contracts, including site levelling, pipelines installation, and phase 2.
- Interface Management: Be active in project interface management activities, working closely with the interface engineer.
- Tender Evaluation: Coordinate multi-disciplinary input to the technical and commercial evaluation of tenders in the framework of the tender evaluation plan, preparing the recommendation to award for FEED.
- Audit and Compliance: Participate and contribute to audits of quality procedures related to the project.
- Task Management: Manage and coordinate discrete tasks and work scopes as requested by line management.
- CFT Process: Coordinate CFT process and external engineering studies with internal and external stakeholders and internal discipline engineering teams to ensure timelines are respected and processes followed.
- Technical Reviews: Lead, organize, and manage technical reviews and exchanges with all involved parties.
- Contractor Deliverables: Review contractor deliverables, including project execution plans, project quality plans, quality control plans, audit schedules, and key project management documentation.
- Engineering Procedures: Review key contractor engineering procedures to ensure logical process flow, design planning, design verification, quality control of document structure and format, and logical interface with procurement and construction.
- Meetings and Communication: Participate and potentially lead regular internal and external weekly, monthly meetings.
- HSE and Environmental Awareness: Undertake all activities with the highest level of consideration for HSE risk management, protecting human health, respecting communities, and conserving the environment.
- Business Ethics: Perform all activities in accordance with Company business ethics and the "Code of Conduct."
