Sales Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Customer DevelopmentDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive business into our hotel/cluster and increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.
Negotiation and ContractingNegotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients and prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.
Marketing and PromotionDevelop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels, to promote our hotel and drive business.
Reporting and AdministrationProduce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management, including the reporting of appointments, calls made, and business leads.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements- Language Skills
Good communication skills in English and Arabic (other languages would be an advantage).
Customer ServiceCommitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
Negotiation and SalesExcellent negotiation skills and the ability to be proactive in understanding customer needs to derive highest value.
Experience and KnowledgeExperience in a hotel sales role with a proven track record and knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Additional RequirementsKnowledge of the Sharjah market and UAE market would be an added advantage.
