We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our growing Sales & Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and owners
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and submit tailored proposals, SOWs, and RFPs
  • Negotiate commercial conditions with senior executives and owners
  • Secure new business and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding/customer success team

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic
  • Hospitality technology sales background
  • Between 35 years of SaaS experience with strong knowledge of the regional market landscape, trends, and technology players within it
  • An existing network of logos of hospitality industry contacts within the MENA region
  • Proven sales success in the dynamic and highly competitive MENA market with inbound and outbound activity
  • Commercial acumen; able to be agile during commercial discussions with prospects but also within Alliants
  • Flawless presentation skills both online and in person; nimble and able to adapt on the fly to address customer pain points, product queries, and commercial questions
  • The ability to keep on top of your own administration
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels up to and including CSuite and owners
  • Self-starter, target-focused manner used to managing your own time in order to optimize results against measurable KPIs
  • Experience in Salesforce is advantageous
