We are seeking a skilled Revenue Management Executive to drive revenue growth for our Rooms division within Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal properties. As a key member of our team, you will utilise available tools and systems to maximise all revenue streams and apply pricing strategies in accordance with worldwide best practices.
Your primary objective will be to conduct and implement revenue management strategies throughout the properties to identify opportunities for price optimisation, focusing on increasing revenues. You will develop competitive research and industry benchmarks to inform our pricing strategy and ensure optimal use of technology, including Property Management Systems (PMS) and Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
In this role, you will work closely with the sales and marketing team to devise marketing campaigns that reach the right audience at the right time. Your goal is to achieve fair market share and exceed it if possible, across various distribution channels such as Atlantis.com, GDS, and e-channels.
About YouTo succeed as a Revenue Management Executive, you will require a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar manager-level role, preferably from a 5-star hospitality background. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, advanced computer skills (Excel, PMS, CRS, Web), leadership abilities, and experience managing a small team are essential.
