Job Title: Personal Finance Specialist

Join Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) as a Personal Finance Specialist and take on a challenging role that requires strong analytical and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing Personal Finance products to the specified target segment and achieving or exceeding assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source Al Khair/Tadawul products to the specified target segment and achieve or exceed assigned targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with institutions and governmental departments.
  • Visit institutions and governmental departments to meet potential customers and finalize business deals within the targeted turnaround time based on ADIB policy and procedure.
  • Deliver timely and prompt service to customers.
  • Adhere to stipulated office timing, follow secrecy norms, and maintain data confidentiality.
Regular/Occasional Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review Standard Credit Application and ensure all information provided is accurate and authentic.
  • Follow the approval process and escalate delays to RSS, if any.
  • Execute Murabaha contracts with customers, representing ADIB, and prepare files as per the checklist.
  • Ensure all deals submitted are error-free and fix/rectify errors, if any.
  • Check file activation and notify RSS in case of delays at RFO end.
  • Maintain a good rapport with inter-department peers by ensuring a smooth flow of business.
  • Participate in activities assigned by your line manager during promotions.
  • Initiate cross-selling other banking products on a best-efforts basis.
  • Escalate customer complaints to the supervisor level, if any.
Specialist Skills/Technical Knowledge Required:
  • Broad knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking products and services.
  • Fair knowledge of service standards, sales skills, and computer skills.
  • Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
  • General awareness of competitors in the local market.
