Insurance Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance and Insurance Agent to join our team at Dubizzle Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in increasing our Finance and Insurance Penetration and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Finance and Insurance Expertise: You will be responsible for increasing our Finance and Insurance Penetration and the number of Finance partners and Insurance Brokerage.
- Client Communication: You will act as a liaison between the company and clients to achieve Auto Finance and Insurance targets, utilizing your strong communication and negotiation skills to increase closing ratios.
- CRM Management: You will be responsible for updating the CRM in real-time, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: You will work closely with our banks, insurance brokers, and transfer team to ensure the success of vehicle transfers.
- Client Objection Handling: You will identify and understand client objections and offer solutions to meet their needs.
- Client Support: You will assist clients with queries and questions via phone, email, or during viewings.
- Market Understanding: You will have a deep understanding of the motors market and its various audiences.
- Partnership Development: You will increase partnerships with Banks and Insurance Brokerage.
- Product Promotion: You will promote different rates that satisfy the buyer's needs.
- Client Needs Assessment: You will understand the customers' needs very well before offering the product.
- Relationship Building: You will build rapport and strong relationships with our clients (Sellers and buyers).
- Reporting and Analysis: You will prepare daily reports for Finance and Insurance updates, including the number of deals closed and pipeline.
- Sales and Upselling: You will be responsible for selling all existing and newly value-added services.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance: You must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
- Experience: You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Finance Agent in the UAE (preferably in banks).
- CRM Experience: You must have experience in using CRM software/Apps (preferably Salesforce).
- Driver's License: You must hold a valid UAE driver's license and be willing to hit the road to meet new and existing clients.
- Customer Service Skills: You must be well-versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly.
- Follow-up and Closing Skills: You must have strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Communication Skills: You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Time Management: You must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Target-Oriented: You must be target-oriented.
- Professional Attitude: You must have a responsible and professional attitude.
- Customer Service Attitude: You must have a strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success.
