About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance and Insurance Agent to join our team at Dubizzle Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in increasing our Finance and Insurance Penetration and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Finance and Insurance Expertise: You will be responsible for increasing our Finance and Insurance Penetration and the number of Finance partners and Insurance Brokerage.
  2. Client Communication: You will act as a liaison between the company and clients to achieve Auto Finance and Insurance targets, utilizing your strong communication and negotiation skills to increase closing ratios.
  3. CRM Management: You will be responsible for updating the CRM in real-time, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  4. Partnerships and Collaborations: You will work closely with our banks, insurance brokers, and transfer team to ensure the success of vehicle transfers.
  5. Client Objection Handling: You will identify and understand client objections and offer solutions to meet their needs.
  6. Client Support: You will assist clients with queries and questions via phone, email, or during viewings.
  7. Market Understanding: You will have a deep understanding of the motors market and its various audiences.
  8. Partnership Development: You will increase partnerships with Banks and Insurance Brokerage.
  9. Product Promotion: You will promote different rates that satisfy the buyer's needs.
  10. Client Needs Assessment: You will understand the customers' needs very well before offering the product.
  11. Relationship Building: You will build rapport and strong relationships with our clients (Sellers and buyers).
  12. Reporting and Analysis: You will prepare daily reports for Finance and Insurance updates, including the number of deals closed and pipeline.
  13. Sales and Upselling: You will be responsible for selling all existing and newly value-added services.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance: You must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
  2. Experience: You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Finance Agent in the UAE (preferably in banks).
  3. CRM Experience: You must have experience in using CRM software/Apps (preferably Salesforce).
  4. Driver's License: You must hold a valid UAE driver's license and be willing to hit the road to meet new and existing clients.
  5. Customer Service Skills: You must be well-versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly.
  6. Follow-up and Closing Skills: You must have strong follow-up and closing skills.
  7. Communication Skills: You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  8. Time Management: You must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively and efficiently.
  9. Target-Oriented: You must be target-oriented.
  10. Professional Attitude: You must have a responsible and professional attitude.
  11. Customer Service Attitude: You must have a strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success.
