  8. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products to existing clients, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
  9. Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining accurate client records, policy documents, and other relevant documentation.
  10. Claims Support: Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth resolution.
  11. Claim Resolution: Liaise with insurance companies and claims adjusters to expedite claim resolution, advocating on behalf of clients to ensure fair and equitable settlements.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the UAE insurance industry, preferably in a brokerage environment.
  3. Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of various lines of insurance, including property, casualty, liability, engineering, and other commercial lines.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and insurer relationships.
  6. Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance agency management systems.
