  • Financial Management: Review and process incoming invoices, manage community expenses, and ensure timely payments to respective parties.
  • System Management: Utilize approved systems and processes to carry out day-to-day activities, manage online services, and ensure efficient service request closure.
  • Procurement and Documentation: Execute procurement requirements, analyze and record documentation, contracts, and variations, and recommend improvements in documentation and shared folder data management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in a relevant area, preferably in a medium to large organization.
  • Skills: Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and handle multiple assignments.
