We are seeking a highly skilled Document Specialist to join our team at Combuzz HR Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all typing and document processing for our company, primarily dealing with government forms, visa applications, labor contracts, and other legal documents required in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities- Document Preparation & Processing: Accurately type and prepare various documents, including visa applications, labor contracts, company trade license renewals, and government-related forms.
- Government Forms Submission: Process and submit government-related documents such as visas, work permits, Emirates ID applications, and other labor-related forms using UAE government portals (GDRFA, Ministry of Labor, etc.).
- Liaison with Government Authorities: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and government authorities for document submissions and follow-ups.
- Data Entry & Record Management: Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems for all legal and administrative documents.
- Translation Services: Provide translation of documents from Arabic to English and vice versa when needed.
- Compliance & Legal Updates: Stay updated on changes in UAE labor, immigration, and residency laws and provide necessary updates to management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A diploma in Business Administration or Legal Studies is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a typist in the UAE, specifically handling government procedures.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing skills in both Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of UAE Government Procedures: Strong understanding of UAE immigration and labor regulations, and experience using government portals.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to process documents with high attention to detail to avoid errors or delays.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple documents and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to interact with government officials effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving document-related issues or delays with government entities.
