Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Technical Administrator to join our thriving team in Dubai. As a NetSuite Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for creating, integrating, and maintaining high-performing dashboards using NetSuite's native tools. You will ensure backend functions are correct, translate user-friendly, customizable, and accessible dashboards, and provide ongoing technical support to all members of the team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite management, with a track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively with your team, and have a calm head under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-performing NetSuite dashboards
  • Ensure backend functions are correct and efficient
  • Translate user-friendly, customizable, and accessible dashboards
  • Provide ongoing technical support to the team
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, IT Engineering, or equivalent
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
  • NetSuite Functional Consulting experience is required
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration
  • Extensive experience as a business systems analyst
  • Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches, and reports, and NetSuite data model
  • Can demonstrate experience with CRM or ERP systems such as NetSuite and NetSuite One World essential
