Role Overview

The Captain Marketing Manager role involves developing and executing a high-impact marketing strategy to drive captain acquisition, engagement, and retention.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build a scalable and efficient captain marketing function that supports our expansion plans.

Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Strategy Development
    • Defining the captain marketing vision and strategy, including value proposition and brand identity.
    • Owning and managing the supply marketing process, prioritizing data-driven initiatives.
    • Allocating and optimizing the captain acquisition marketing budget for maximum efficiency.
  2. Captain Acquisition & Growth
    • Scaling high-performing acquisition channels, including digital performance marketing and job boards.
    • Designing and executing multi-channel acquisition campaigns to build a strong captain pipeline.
    • Collaborating with Performance Marketing, Growth, and Analytics teams to drive targeted campaigns.
  3. Captain Engagement & Retention
    • Developing segmentation models to tailor engagement strategies based on captain behavior.
    • Creating captain engagement initiatives to boost retention, including community-building and incentives.
    • Enhancing the captain communication journey across CRM and in-app messaging.
  4. Insights & Analytics
    • Leveraging captain research and behavioral data to refine marketing strategies.
    • Establishing and tracking core KPIs, including Cost Per Acquisition and Conversion Rate.
    • Implementing a test-and-learn approach to optimize marketing initiatives.
