Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management: Manage and prepare VAT filings and corporate tax returns for a diverse clientele, ensuring compliance with both local and international standards.
  2. Strategic Advice: Provide tailored tax planning advice to clients, including cross-border tax considerations.
  3. Tax Authority Liaison: Liaise with tax authorities, handle tax audits, and resolve any disputes or inquiries.
  4. Financial Reporting: Maintain meticulous financial records and prepare financial reports and statements.
  5. Tax Implications: Offer guidance on tax implications of business decisions and stay updated on new tax laws and regulations.
  6. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver integrated client solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an accounting and tax role, with a strong emphasis on VAT and corporate tax.
  • A proven track record of managing financials for clients across different industries and regions.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • An analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in international taxation.
  • Multilingual abilities, to better serve our diverse client base.
