Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the region, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
