Job Overview:

We seek an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to expand our customer base within designated areas of the KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, leading a sales team, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop region-specific sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Manage regional and individual sales performance to ensure target achievement.
  3. Monitor, analyze, and report on regional sales results.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Accounts Manager, or similar senior sales role.
  2. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
  3. Capacity to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  6. Willingness to travel as needed.
