Role Overview

As a Public Relations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing our showroom and stock effectively across various categories. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily Showroom Management: Oversee the organization and presentation of our showroom, ensuring all categories are well-represented.
  • Sample and Gift Oversight: Handle the management of samples and gifts, utilizing Fashion GPS and maintaining all pertinent files across categories.
  • Sample Logistics: Coordinate sample rotations, including send-outs and returns, both locally and regionally.
  • International and Local Shoot Coordination: Manage and organize all aspects of shoots, both print and digital, across various categories.
  • Showroom and Back Office Maintenance: Ensure the showroom and back office are kept in optimal condition.
  • Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of reports and provide dedicated reporting as required.
