Capital Allocation and Financial Analysis

As a key member of the ALDAR team, you will play a crucial role in supporting business planning and investment analysis processes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project financing structures and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to build financial models, deliver required financial analysis, and draft briefing materials for management.

  • Analyze and implement working capital and off-plan financing solutions.
  • Support the execution of periodic reviews of group return hurdles and cost of capital.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations regarding the company's strategic objectives, particularly on capital allocation decisions and strategic planning.
  • Run analysis of the company's financial structure and various options/sources of capital, including impact on credit rating.
