  • Lead E-Commerce Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive traffic and revenue generation.
    • Manage online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, affiliate relationships, email, and other online mechanisms.
    • Focus on acquiring new customers and encouraging repeat visits from existing customers.
  • Brand Consistency and Intelligence
    • Ensure brand standards and price consistency across all online distribution channels.
    • Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Tool Management and Web Strategy
    • Manage various e-tools, including eCRM, websites' CMSs, and social media management platforms.
    • Develop a destination-focused web strategy to enhance customer engagement.
  • Strategic Alliances and Support
    • Manage strategic alliances with online travel agencies to drive revenue and growth.
    • Stimulate support and development of the online strategy within the hotel.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing.
  • Strategic thinker and decision maker with a passion for the digital world.
  • Familiarity with Content Management systems and basic HTML knowledge.
  • Comfortable working with photo-editing software and Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
  • Past experience purchasing online display advertising and coordinating online campaigns.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization/marketing practices is an asset.
