As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management system. Your primary focus will be on setting up and managing maintenance contracts, ensuring that all planned maintenance schedules are up-to-date and accurate, and monitoring and removing expired units from billing. You will also be responsible for providing purchase orders to third-party service providers and facilitating the setup of new fleet customer locations and vendors in our business system. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization of fleet agreements and contracts with customers and third-party service providers, as well as providing monthly consolidated invoicing to fleet customers for service transactions. To be successful in this role, you will need to have intermediate to advanced Excel skills, a willingness to learn and take on new challenges, good communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal direction and use independent discretion and judgment.
