Job Overview
Al-Futtaim Group, a leading regional business, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join its UAE Real Estate Asset Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-level coordination, managing diaries, and organizing travel arrangements and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other departments to prepare for meetings and events
- Organize travel arrangements and employee engagement tasks
- Support in writing letters in Arabic and translating documents
- Administer Ariba and coordinate with CP/Finance
- Provide reception support and back up the Line Manager and Support Team
Requirements
- Strong writing and administrative skills
- Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
- Team player with strong communication skills

- 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles
