About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Guest Experience Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah Al Wadi Desert. As a Senior Butler, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction with our guests is memorable and unique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests
  • Empower guests to move about their space and do what needs to be done
  • Ensure that every interaction with guests is gracious and thoughtful
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
