Position Overview
The individual in this role is tasked with overseeing and addressing client inquiries for both standard and premium Aspire Lifestyles clientele through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. This position requires the use of diverse resources (including team members and partner services) to effectively respond to requests while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently, and when necessary as part of a team, addresses high-profile client requests and other inquiries from the home office via phone, email, chat, and other communication methods.
- Utilizes discretion and sound judgment when acting as the primary contact for escalated customer service matters and vendor interactions.
- Aims to ensure a positive experience for clients following each interaction.
- Delivers precise and timely information regarding client requests.
- Provides services in accordance with the contractual scope and is capable of declining requests when necessary.
- Builds rapport with clients by understanding their preferences and needs.
- Initiates outbound communications as required by program specifications.
- Implements high-quality customer service standards while fulfilling client requests.
- Engages current partners and employs internet resources to meet client needs.
- Communicates responses clearly, professionally, and succinctly.
- Represents client brands with professionalism and courtesy.
- Participates in meetings and training sessions to acquire relevant information about clients and service strategies.
- Utilizes enterprise solutions and other tools to enter client data and process necessary information.
- Adheres to client and group policies during customer interactions.
- Demonstrates the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Additional Responsibilities
- Complies with all Aspire Lifestyles/International SOS policies and procedures.
- Works flexible hours as necessary to fulfill job requirements.
- Provides administrative support to management as needed.
- Completes any other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors or management team members.

Required Experience and Knowledge
Client requests are researched and fulfilled using various resources and communicated promptly and professionally. Requests may span a range of lifestyle categories, including dining, entertainment, travel, sports, and unique experiences. The Concierge is expected to leverage industry expertise and prior experience to provide tailored recommendations and services.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within travel, tourism, hospitality, retail, or guest services.
- A strong interest in global lifestyle experiences such as shopping, sports, culture, and travel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Strong proficiency in both oral and written English.
- Proficiency in Arabic is required; French language skills are a plus.
