About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Distribution Channel Account Manager Gulf to join our team at Talent Pal in Dubai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and business results for PSS distribution and channel sales in the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our distribution and channel network in the Gulf region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide sales support and coordination to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and maximize results from identified sales opportunities.
  • Analyze market dynamics and value chain propositions to target defined customer segments and develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in a distribution and channel sales role, preferably in IT, telecom, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, software, or AIDC products and solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving consistent growth and capturing market share.
