Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute trading orders and implement trading strategies in the CMBS market, leveraging expertise in financial markets and instruments.
  • Analyze market data and trends to identify trading opportunities and inform investment decisions, utilizing advanced analytical skills and financial modeling techniques.
  • Collaborate with research, sales, and other trading desks to develop and execute client-focused trading strategies, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Monitor and manage risk exposures, including market, credit, and operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients and counterparties to facilitate trading activities, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices, ensuring ClickJobs' CMBS trading operations remain competitive and compliant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or work experience, in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial markets and instruments.
  • 1+ years of experience in CMBS trading, preferably within a financial institution or investment bank, with a proven track record of success in trading and risk management.

Desirable Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg, and experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Knowledge of fixed income markets, securitization, and financial modeling is highly desirable, as is experience with Series 7 and Series 63/66 licenses.
