Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CMBS Trader to join our team at ClickJobs. As a CMBS Trader, you will be responsible for executing trading orders and implementing trading strategies in the CMBS market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Trading
    • Analyze market data and trends to identify trading opportunities and inform investment decisions.
    • Develop and execute client-focused trading strategies in collaboration with research, sales, and other trading desks.
  • Risk Management
    • Monitor and manage risk exposures, including market, credit, and operational risks.
  • Client Relationships
    • Maintain and develop relationships with clients and counterparties to facilitate trading activities.
  • Market Knowledge
    • Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or work experience, in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Work Experience
    • 1+ years of experience in CMBS trading, preferably within a financial institution or investment bank.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Knowledge of fixed income markets, securitization, and financial modeling is preferred.
    • Series 7 and Series 63/66 licenses are a plus.
