Deliver against strategic objectives by identifying new global financial co-brand partners, assessing and on-boarding activities such as scoping requirements, managing requests for proposals and evaluating new partners.
Managing negotiations with partners to secure commercial and operational terms that maximise value to Skywards and the partnerships, ensuring aligned objectives between all parties. Prepare business cases to secure internal approvals and work closely with Legal, systems, finance, and other internal departments.
Developing spend activation and acquisition strategies using data analytics to continuously drive global financial partnerships revenue. Managing partner planning activities on an annual and quarterly basis, agreeing targets and review partner performance to identify opportunities for growth.
Managing the global financial partnerships at an operational level to ensure smooth running: following up on all service failures, accounting and reconciliation issues, fraudulent activities, problem solving and liaising with relevant departments within Emirates and the partner organisation.
