Your expertise in digital transformation, IIOT, and emerging technologies will enable us to provide innovative solutions to our clients. You will work closely with our sales leadership and pre-sales support teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Drive revenue growth through the adoption of digital technology platforms.
  • Maintain an opportunity pipeline to meet quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in business development of digital transformation solutions for manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth through innovation.
  • Experience in multiple industries (e.g., FMCG, F&B, manufacturing).
  • Strong knowledge in industrial controls & digital transformation technologies (Cloud, AI, IoT, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
