  • Promote a positive customer experience, ensuring all services are delivered as promised.
  • Act as the onsite lead during events, welcoming guests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct financial audits and spot checks to prevent misuse of resources.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with local guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records for staff health certifications and training.
  • Ensure all necessary licenses and permits are up to date and accessible.
  • Oversee the maintenance of first aid kits to ensure they are fully stocked.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality or service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exhibit a positive and energetic demeanor.
  • Possess a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Demonstrate foresight in anticipating guest needs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 6 days per week, up to 54 hours weekly.
