- Administrative Tasks: File guest paperwork, operate the telephone switchboard station, and run daily reports.
- Guest Services: Supply guests with directions, answer guest calls, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns.
- Cash Handling: Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift, cash guests' checks, and process all payment types.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team and provide exceptional service to our guests.
