We're seeking a self-motivated and ambitious individual who can:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to achieve sales targets.
  2. Use various recruitment techniques, including headhunting and social media advertising, to identify and approach potential candidates.
  3. Work closely with clients to understand their industry, company culture, and work environment to ensure effective candidate placements.
  4. Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates to meet business objectives and achieve sales targets.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement recruitment strategies that drive business growth.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment or sales.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  3. Able to work under pressure to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines.
  4. Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin preferred, but not required.
