  • Technology and IT: Ensure proficiency with computers, devices, and technology, including the internet of things, necessary applications, and operating systems, to provide efficient and effective support.
  • Global Coordination: Identify, coordinate with, and arrange the best specialists, including doctors, osteopaths, and physios, to meet our clients' medical needs.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial management, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting, to ensure our clients' financial affairs are well-managed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive comfortably globally.
