Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain efficient administrative procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures at all times.
  3. Take ownership of driving revenue growth by achieving set targets through upselling and effective sales strategies.
Key Accountabilities:
  1. Be thoroughly aware of the Selling Strategy, rates, packages, groups, and booking status at all times.
  2. Process and respond to all reservation requests and inquiries within 24 hours, adhering to company standards.
  3. Monitor daily arrivals, ensuring guest requests are met, and reservations are honored.
Requirements:
  1. At least two years of experience in the Front Office or Reservations department.
  2. Familiarity with hotel operations, available technology (PMS & RMS), and distribution channels.
  3. Understanding of regional and local markets, competitors, and destination events is essential.
