**Key Responsibilities**

  • Operational Leadership: Maintain and direct the daily operations of the business, including coordinating with various departments to execute strategic plans.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a COO or in a similar executive leadership role in a fast-paced environment, leading a minimum of $100 million USD revenue.
  • Experience with designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures to promote company growth and efficiency.
  • Experience working with EdTech or tech industry is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, board of directors, and other C-level officers.
  • In-depth understanding of the industry, including EdTech, e-commerce, and technology.
  • Tech-savviness and understanding of the changing world of technology.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate data and metrics, with a deep understanding of business operations and processes.
  • Experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project management experience is an advantage.
  • A track record of successful financial management and experience in fundraising is a plus.
