  5. The ability to proactively build and strengthen positive organizational relationships.
  6. The ability to analyze problems, respond quickly, identify alternative solutions, anticipate consequences, and provide recommendations.
  7. Effective organizing and planning skills.
  8. Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in a timely manner.
  9. Expert knowledge on rebates schemes, preferably accustomed with UAE best practices.
  10. Extensive experience with program management related to finance and policy.
