We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in B2B sales and negotiation to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing sales pipelines, developing new business opportunities, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage both existing sales pipelines and the development of new business opportunities.
- Compare current sales numbers to desired quotas and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead the creation of new business proposals and presentations to develop and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
- Identify trends and customer needs to build a sales pipeline aligned with short, medium, and long-term targets.
- Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Delegate tasks among team members to achieve strategic goals.
- Motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve high performance.
- Track team performance, report metrics, and ensure the team meets its objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers.
- Meet regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy and progress.
- Manage the proposal response process, including RFP requirements, content creation, and coordination of inputs from various sources.
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers.
- Screen potential business opportunities and select deals aligned with company strategies.
- Facilitate pitch logistics and negotiations.
- Develop and implement outbound sales and business development strategies, processes, and best practices across the company.
- Support deal structuring and pricing with business-value analysis.
- Negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through continuous education, networking, and attending industry events.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Proven track record in B2B sales and negotiation with measurable outcomes.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies.
Experience with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
Proven ability to plan and manage resources effectively.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to deliver impactful presentations effectively.
