Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Personalized Service: Offer tailored support to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain High Standards: Uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and maintenance, taking ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Operational Efficiency: Utilize appropriate materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure seamless Concierge operations.
  • Desk Coverage: Ensure proper supervision and coverage of the Concierge desk, lobby, hotel entrance, and airport service at all times.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and managers to address any issues or concerns.
  • Guest Feedback: Be aware of and report all guest comments or complaints.
  • Shift Handover: Conduct a thorough cashier closer and handover between shifts.
  • VIP Awareness: Be aware of all VIPs visiting or staying in the hotel.
  • Equipment and PMS: Properly use all equipment and Property Management Systems.
  • Transportation and Airport Services: Check arrival and departure lists and arrange transportation and airport services accordingly.
  • Key Handling: Adhere to strict key handling procedures.
  • Checklists and Billing: Daily follow checklists and billing procedures.
  • Team Support: Assist the guest relations' team and other departments as needed.
  • Schedules and Deadlines: Respect schedules, terms, and deadlines as agreed with management.
  • Concierge Logbook: Daily read the Concierge logbook and sign it, updating activity reports.
  • Outlet Timings and Promotions: Be aware of outlet timings and promote internal activities and events.
  • Administrative Updates: Stay updated with the latest administrative, organizational, operational, or other changes and news.
  • Competitor Awareness: Be updated with the competitors' offerings and rates.
  • Daily Briefing: Attend a daily line-up briefing with the Concierge team to recap tasks and activities.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Assistant Manager Concierge in fulfilling administrative responsibilities and monitoring activities.
  • Loyalty Programs: Promote the Accor loyalty programs.
  • Team Morale: Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, adhering to hotel and department appearance standards.
  • Professional Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
  • Colleague Relationships: Maintain good working relationships with all colleagues.
