Job Summary:
The National Bank of Kuwait invites applications for the position of Support Services Manager, responsible for providing administrative and human resources support across all branches in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate staff records, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Nominates staff for training programs, collaborating with various departments to achieve business objectives.
- Assists the Head of HR & Administration in HR-related matters, including document updates, job descriptions, and ad-hoc issues.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- University degree required.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in HR/Administration, with DIFC experience preferred.
- Results-oriented, teamwork-focused individual.
