The Medical Provider Performance Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity of healthcare services provided to Allianz group and its Payers. This position requires a high degree of analytical and investigative skills to detect and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse committed by healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations of healthcare providers to identify and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse.
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and patterns indicative of fraudulent activity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to share information and best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect fraud, waste, and abuse.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to healthcare providers on compliance and regulatory matters.
Requirements:
  • Medical background (MBBS doctor/Nurse/Paramedic) with experience in healthcare management.
  • Coding certification (CPC, CPMA, COC, CCS) with expertise in data analytics.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with ability to work independently.
