Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Event Sales Professional to join our team at Hospitality ON. As a Cluster Sales Manager - MICE, you will be responsible for driving total revenue growth through the sales of events and catering business across the cluster.

About You

You will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or the MICE industry, with exposure to an F&B operations environment. A diploma from a university or hotel school, ideally in Sales & Marketing or Tourism/Hotel Management, is also required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive total revenue growth through the sales of events and catering business across the cluster.
  • Sell to new, existing, and prospecting accounts, mainly targeting non-residential producing accounts and catering businesses.
  • Support financial goals of the hotel through upselling, proper use of hotel products and packages, and cost control.
  • Contribute to an atmosphere of open and efficient communication.
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times and be involved with hotel activities and initiatives.
