Job Summary

As a Front-of-house Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our members and customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule and manage appointments using our booking system.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our services, treatments, and wellness programs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Handle client check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and providing receipts.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.
  • Coordinate with wellness center staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client service.
  • Promote and sell wellness center services, memberships, and products.
  • Handle cash from daily sales and assist in banking/deposit. Also, maintain and update daily sales and cash reports.
  • Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a wellness or hospitality setup is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field is required.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with booking and scheduling software are necessary.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
  • The ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations is crucial.
  • A friendly and customer-focused attitude is a must.

Physical Requirements:

  • Presentable with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to stand and walk for a continuous period.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Working Hours:

Full-time position available with flexible shifts.
