  • Represent the department and hotel through impeccable grooming and attitude, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Understand and implement the Accor principles of achieving guest satisfaction, working standards, and maximizing revenue conversion.
  • Be fluent in hotel products and services, identifying sales opportunities and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Handle online booking, fax, and email related to restaurant reservations, staying up-to-date on hotel happenings.
  • Be flexible in sales technique, offering the right product to the right customer at the right time, and review booked reports and reservation accuracy regularly.
  • Maintain all equipment clean and in good working condition, reporting problems immediately to the manager.
  • Actively participate in promoting loyalty programs, checking and addressing customer concerns or complaints related to F&B and reservations.
  • Handle customer calls, personal, or email inquiries professionally and courteously from initial greeting to transaction closure.
  • Keep the working area, desk clean, and set necessary tools for tasks, including telephone, computer, etc.
  • Have a sound knowledge and stay updated with current F&B activations, promotions, deals, and partnerships, explaining items upon request to assist guests in making informed decisions.
  • Provide personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs to foster guest loyalty.
  • Extend assistance to other departments as required, develop corrective and cooperative working relationships with colleagues, and prepare proposals, proforma invoices, and bills for special events and group bookings.
  • Clarify minimum age requirements for consuming alcoholic beverages according to government regulations, and support the hostess during peak hours, taking reservations and answering calls.
  • Support restaurant managers with special projects and client site visits, provide guests with information about hotel facilities and local areas, giving directions when needed.
  • Aware of hotel health, safety, and security policies, actively involved in sustainability efforts through recycling and energy/water conservation.
  • Accept variable working hours based on business demand, holidays, weather, and other events, ensuring efficient and friendly service is provided to all clients by anticipating their needs.
  • Perform duties assigned by seniors, maintain and update records essential to operations, ensuring prompt reporting or submission, understanding government and hotel employment regulations, and adhering to lost and found procedures.
