As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring an unforgettable experience for all visitors. **Responsibilities:** - Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival to the hotel lobby - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and courteously - Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby area - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences - Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing directions - Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the lobby area **Requirements:** - Fluency in Russian language is essential - Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service - Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure - Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus - Must be eligible to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE If you possess the above qualifications and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
