We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee administrative tasks and ensure seamless office operations.
**Job Summary:**
- Manage day-to-day office activities, ensuring efficient operations.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve productivity.
- Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Co ordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- E nsure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities:**
- Answer telephone calls and record/transmit official information.
- E nsure efficient document flow, including registration, accounting, and archiving.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize meetings and sessions, including logistical support.
- Coordinate business trips and travel arrangements.
- E nsure the provision of office supplies and equipment.
- Monitor the condition of office equipment and communications infrastructure.
- Supervise office staff and coordinate their work.
- Organize catering services and employee social packages.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in office management and administration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
