The Family Office is seeking a highly skilled Luxury Household Coordinator to join their team.

Company Overview

We are a private household looking for a dedicated individual to support and manage our daily operations. Our ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to multitask, and possess a positive attitude.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving meals, managing the household, handling correspondence, and keeping records of household purchases. They will also be required to assist with packing and unpacking parcels, organizing household supplies, and greeting guests.

Our Luxury Household Coordinator will act as a point of contact in emergencies, inspect and secure the property, inform management, security services, and law enforcement as needed. They will also be responsible for sourcing the best prices and purchasing necessary household goods.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have experience in guest or customer service, be flexible with their schedule, and hold a valid driver's license. They should also have excellent organisational skills, English language skills (verbal and written), and a positive attitude.

A university degree in a related field such as Wellness and Hospitality, Management, Food and hygiene, or a similar field would be beneficial. The ability to cook and willingness to learn new skills are also essential.
