  • Errand Running and Supply Purchasing: You will perform errands, including purchasing office supplies and event materials.
  • Assistance to Staff and Management: You will provide assistance to staff and management as needed.
  • Office Preparation and Maintenance: You will ensure that office spaces are well prepared and ready for use.
  • Colleague Support and Collaboration: You will support colleagues in various tasks to contribute to the team's success.
  • Invoice Issuance and Record-Keeping: You will be responsible for issuing invoices and maintaining accurate records.

We are looking for a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously is a must.
