You will play a key role in driving business growth by leveraging your exceptional communication skills to generate demand for Oracle solutions. Your primary objective will be to engage potential customers using a combination of inbound and outbound business development techniques, proactively matching our solutions to their business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities for Oracle's product offering
  • Analyze customer needs in terms of current business challenges
  • Engage with decision-making units of client organizations and present Oracle solutions relevant to their business
  • Design and create influence maps by identifying the right persons
  • Develop meaningful conversations with customers to help them unlock the potential of their business

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of key competitive technologies and ability to articulate the advantages of Oracle's technology
  • Ability to handle objections
  • Strong time management skills, self-motivation, and passion to learn and grow in technology
  • Ability to work in teams and embrace change
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
