Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Tracking and Management: Monitor and track undelivered orders and customer returns, ensuring timely handover to the Returns Team.
  • Aging Cancellation: Identify and initiate cancellation of orders with multiple delivery attempts, minimizing delays and improving customer experience.
  • Returns SLA Management: Closely monitor and maintain the Returns Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring same-day handover to the Returns Team.
  • Order Scanning and Accuracy: Systematically scan and verify all return and undelivered orders, maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
  • Tracker Maintenance: Update and maintain up-to-date trackers, ensuring real-time visibility into order status and progress.
