Job Summary

As a Receiving Clerk at Accor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement process. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and inspect goods, ensuring they meet the required standards and are accurately recorded in our system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect goods upon receipt to ensure they match the purchase order and are in good condition.
  • Verify the quantity and quality of goods received and report any discrepancies to the Purchasing Department.
  • Record goods received in our system and label them with their date of acceptance.
  • Ensure that all goods are stored properly and in a safe environment.
  • Control invoices and delivery slips, entering information into our system and printing data as required.
  • Solve any problems with vendors concerning invoices and ensure that all goods are properly accounted for.
  • Carry out procedures for goods to be returned and ensure that all quality management and food safety systems are implemented.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by managers and hotel management.

Requirements
  • Education: 4-year bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in the related field.
  • Foreign Language: Not required.
  • Computer Literacy: MS Office applications.
  • Skills: Knowledge of legislation, practices, and systems in the related field.
