In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to achieve the company's marketing and branding goals in the India market.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing communications reflect the brand's integrity and adhere to established standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and outlining a comprehensive marketing plan in relation to research and analysis to achieve the company's marketing and branding goals in the India market.
  2. Executing regional marketing strategies locally to align with overall brand objectives.
  3. Maintaining and enforcing brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing communications reflect the brand's integrity and adhere to established standards.

You will also lead the localized planning and execution of marketing campaigns across both online and offline, working closely with internal teams and cross-departmental teams like product and design to ensure all campaigns can be launched according to schedule.

In addition, you will identify and build strategic partnerships with local influencers, financial media, and trading communities, manage relationships with key stakeholders to drive brand advocacy and engagement, and plan and organize industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to strengthen market presence.

Requirements and skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing/marketing communication/business.
  2. Minimum 4 – 5 years of proven work experience in regional marketing, brand, and campaign management, preferably in the financial industry or FinTech.
  3. Strong market acumen with a proven ability to develop regional and localized plans for client acquisition and development.
  4. Proficiency in CRM and analytics marketing tools.
  5. Creative mindset, organized, independent, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Fluent in written and spoken English with additional written and spoken proficiency in Tamil or Hindi.
  7. Experience with or a passion for financial markets is a plus.
