This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious brand management professional to join our team at Focus Management Consultants Limited (FMCL). As a Junior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that maximize volume, increase profits, and grow market share.

You will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to develop new strategic plans and initiatives for the brand portfolio within the region. Your expertise will enable you to effectively understand the changing trends and developing needs of consumers across an incredibly diverse and dynamic region.

Your key responsibilities will include proposing and delivering innovation programs, including exciting new packaging designs and variants, advertising, promotions, and media strategies. You will also be responsible for evaluating and measuring the success of your campaigns and activities.

To be considered for this role, you must be a fluent Arabic speaker, currently working for a branded food/FMCG manufacturer, educated to degree level with an emphasis on business or marketing, and possess relevant experience within Brand or Category Management.
