Qualifications:

Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to facility management. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Certification in facilities management or professional engineering license is a plus. Experience in the real estate or facilities management industry is preferred.
